If the product doesn't satify you we offer returns, as long as the product isn't damaged or used, in this cases we can't proceed to refund.
We don’t make sostitution, only refund. In order to change an article with another, it will be necessary to send it back and obtain reimbursement and then make a new purchase. The shipment costs would not be refunded.
The product must be received to our office within 14 days, complete with tags and packagings.
